Shipping Policy
Tees Geek orders are produced after checkout and then shipped with tracking. Every delivery figure the store uses is on this page: production, transit, rates, carriers and import rules.
How delivery time is calculated
The formula: expected delivery = production time + carrier transit time.
- Production
- Printing and packing at our partner. It starts when payment is confirmed.
- Transit
- The carrier’s part, from the first scan to your door.
- Business day
- Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and U.S. federal holidays are not counted.
- Cutoff
- 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time. Orders received later are counted from the next business day.
Delivery table
A single table applies to every product in the catalog.
| Address | Production | Carrier transit | Expected total | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| United States | 2–4 business days | 4–8 business days | 6–12 business days | $6.99 for the first item, plus $3.00 for each additional item |
| All other countries | 2–4 business days | 12–22 business days | 14–26 business days | $15.00 for the first item, plus $6.00 for each additional item |
Production takes 2–4 business days. Transit then takes 4–8 business days for addresses within the United States, and 12–22 business days for all other countries. Each listing also displays a dated delivery estimate. Estimates are not commitments; heavy carrier volume in peak season and severe weather can add days.
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged per item, at the rate shown in the table:
- Rate for U.S. addresses: $6.99 for the first item, plus $3.00 for each additional item.
- Rate for all other countries: $15.00 for the first item, plus $6.00 for each additional item.
Checkout calculates the precise shipping total for your cart before you confirm payment.
Carriers and tracking
Carriers inside the United States: USPS, UPS or FedEx, assigned by item and address. International parcels go with a cross-border service (DHL, UPS or USPS, for example), with the destination country's post office usually completing the last leg. When a parcel leaves production, we email its tracking number; follow it on the carrier’s website or on our Track Order page. Allow 24–48 hours for a new number to record its first scan.
Customs, duties and destinations
International orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). The destination country may levy import duty, VAT or customs fees. The recipient settles them on arrival; our prices and shipping rates exclude them. Countries that do not appear in the checkout list are not served at present.
Notes before ordering
- Address accuracy
- The parcel goes exactly where checkout says. Typo in the address? Email within 6 hours of the order. If a carrier returns the parcel due to a faulty or incomplete address, sending it again requires paying shipping a second time.
- Military and P.O. Box addresses
- APO, FPO and P.O. Box delivery is not offered by every carrier. Ask before ordering and we check your address.
- Split orders
- One order can be produced at more than one partner site. Its items may then reach you on separate days under separate tracking numbers.
- Stalled or missing parcels
- Tracking frozen, or marked delivered with nothing at the door? Tell us within 30 days, counting from the end date of your delivery estimate. Next steps are in the Return & Refunds Policy.
