These terms apply to your use of teesgeek.com and to every order placed with Tees Geek. Please read them before buying.

Effective date: October 29, 2026

1. Acceptance

Tees Geek operates an online store that produces items to order. These terms are an agreement between you and Tees Geek. Using this site or placing an order means you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy. Placing an order requires legal adulthood where you live, or a parent or guardian taking part.

2. Products and orders

• Items are made once checkout is complete. Images on the site are mockups; on the finished item, the print can sit or look slightly different.
• A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse an order before it ships, for reasons such as a mistaken price or listing, signs of fraud, or a destination our carriers cannot reach. Refused orders are refunded in full.
• Choosing a size is your responsibility. Review the product page and the Size Chart first.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, and orders placed before a change keep their original price. Full payment is collected at checkout via a method listed on our Payment Methods page; shipping charges appear before you confirm. When sales tax is due on an order, checkout lists it as a separate line before payment. Deliveries outside the United States can attract import duties and taxes, payable on arrival.

4. Shipping and delivery

Production times, transit times, rates and carriers are set out in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates we provide are estimates, not commitments.

5. Edits, cancellations and refunds

Pre-print edits and cancellations follow the Cancellation & Modification Policy. Replacements and refunds follow the Return & Refunds Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Copying or reusing the Tees Geek name, the logo, or this site’s original wording, artwork, photos and page design requires our written permission. Names and trademarks of other parties shown here remain the property of those parties. To report content you believe infringes your rights, follow the process on our DMCA Reports page or write to [email protected]. Each report is reviewed.

7. Codes and credit from the earlier site

Discount codes, gift cards, store credit and other balances issued through the earlier teesgeek.com site are not valid on this site and cannot be applied at checkout.

8. Acceptable use

Lawful use only. Do not interfere with the site’s operation, try to obtain data you have no right to, or place fraudulent orders.

9. Liability limits

Where the law allows, the site and our products are supplied “as is”. Indirect, incidental and consequential losses are excluded. For any claim about an order, our liability is capped at the price paid for that order. This section does not reduce any consumer right that the law makes non-waivable.

10. Law and dispute resolution

These terms are read under U.S. federal law together with the law of the state where Tees Geek holds its business registration, without conflict-of-law rules that would substitute the law of another jurisdiction. Contact us first when something goes wrong; email settles most problems. A dispute that stays unresolved goes exclusively to a state or federal court sitting in the state where Tees Geek holds its business registration, except where the law of your home state or country lets you use another court.

11. Revisions

We may revise these terms. The version published on this page on the date of your order, with its effective date, applies to that order.
